Our experience in cheesemaking goes back to 1870 when we started the traditional production of Tome Piemontesi, Italico (Cerriolo), Maccagno Gran Bieleis, Gorgonzola D.O.P., Fontal, awarded with an International First Prize for medium-aged cheeses.
